Credit Policy – Hosting Fees and Charges

The following is a copy of our current Credit Policy, effective Jan 2007. Web Fundamentals reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time and without prior notice.

Hosting Fees and Charges.

• Credit terms will be established at the time of a site going live on the internet.
• Any changes to those terms will be by negotiation.
• All Hosting Fees and Charges are required to be paid in advance and in full.
• All ongoing Hosting accounts will fall due on the first day of the month.

Monthly Fees.

• Web Fundamentals will as far as possible bill clients at the mid point of the month for Fees due for the following month.
• Fees not received by the due date on the first of the month will attract a late payment fee of $20 plus GST.
• Fees still outstanding on the 21st of the month including any late payment fees will jeopardise the sites hosting continuity and the site may be taken off line without further notice.

Quarterly Fees.

• Web Fundamentals will, as close as possible, bill clients at the mid point of the month prior, for Fees due for the following quarter.
• Fees not received by the due date on the first of the month will attract a late payment fee of $20 plus GST.
• Fees still outstanding on the 21st of the month including any late payment fees will jeopardise the sites hosting continuity and the site may be taken off line without further notice.

Annual Fees.

• Web Fundamentals will, as close as possible, bill clients at the mid point of the month for Fees due for the following year.
• Fees not received by the first of the month will attract a late payment fee of $20 plus GST.
• Fees still outstanding on the 21st of the month including any late payment fees will jeopardise the sites hosting continuity and the site may be taken off line without further notice.

Important: Should any site be taken off line for non payment of fees, a $250 plus GST reinstatement fee, plus all outstanding fees, including any late payment fees, will be required to be paid in full before the site is reinstated on line.
